会話の瞬発力は有限だと感じた話
先日、とある会合に参加していました。
そこでの私の役割は、
- 当事者と当事者の先方の間で今後起こるかもしれない問題に備え、当事者の先方への理解を深めることで、今後の当事者との意思疎通を円滑にする
というものでした。
なんか政治家の答弁みたいな文章ですが（笑）
そういう場では、
- 両者の関係を取り持ちつつ、
- 笑いをとって場を盛り上げつつ、
- とはいえだれも傷つけず、
- 両者の相互理解を深められたら、
ベストな状況だと判断しました。仲人的な立ち位置というか。
これには同席する人の性格によっては、とくに会話の瞬発力が求められると思います。
私自身、大阪人で話好きということもあり、体調と集中度にもよりますが会話の瞬発力は一定程度はあると思います。
しかし３時間ほど会合をしていたところ、非常にたのしくありつつも、帰宅後にどっと疲れが出ました。
めちゃくちゃまじめなところがあるので、せっかくなら120%の力でその場をまっとうしたいところがあります。
しかしその結果、おそらく界王拳なみにエネルギーを一時的に過大に消費したのだと思います（笑）
人生における時間、そして意志力と同様、会話の瞬発力も有限ということですね。
